Peter, who lives in Acton, has been a comic book fan since the age of 10. He said there is a growing gaming comic book and gaming community in Crewe, adding that the Market Hall was the ‘perfect location’ for his new venture. He said: “I love the vibe of the market which attracts people of all ages and has so much different things going on from family stuff right through to live bands and the monthly Markets.”

The store’s stock includes back issues, rare and signed comics as well as slabbed comic books that are sent to America for official grading before being returned sealed in plastic to ‘retain their value’
