“Wai Ng is a professionally trained chef with many years of experience in food and drink service industry.

He studied his profession at a local college and gained his experience in hotels in London and the North West of England, including establishments such as the Park Lane Hotel where he has been known to cook for Royalty, both literal and Rugby Royalty (the All Blacks!!)

His passion of using interesting textures and flavours in food, stems from his childhood background of family food businesses and many years of working in the food and drink industry.

Along with wife Kathrine and son Oli, Noodle Gurus was born in April of 2022 at Crewe Market Hall in Crewe, Cheshire. A family run business, which aims to serve the finest Asian Street Food, using fresh local produce and cooked to order.”
