The idea for The Crewe Dog first came about when Chris first opened The Salty Dog in Northwich – a pub/venue that gained notoriety as one of the best venues in the UK. Following on from his success, Chris decided he wanted to focus more on the delights of craft beer and thus The Crewe Dog was born.
What started as a humble little bar pushing out some of the UK’s best craft beer, had now turned into something of a craft beer pilgrimage in the Cheshire area. Alongside their work with local brewery Tom’s Tap and Brewhouse, The Crewe Dog continually push the boundaries of what Craft Beer and Real Ale can be, showcasing everything from the best of the UK to the best in the world.
The Crewe dog continues to provide unique and interesting products, sporting over 20 lines of draught beers and over 200 bottles/cans. Plus, with a bottleshop/record shop on the cards, there’s no stopping this train!
